Scott Knight is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ParcelShield, where he leads the Executive Team and works closely with the Board of Directors to shape the company’s strategic vision. Scott oversees key areas such as portfolio diversification, product development, technology enablement, and customer service operations, ensuring that ParcelShield remains at the forefront of the industry.
With 38 years of experience in logistics and shipping, including an impressive 22-year career at UPS, Scott has been deeply involved in every aspect of carrier workflow. He began his career by loading trucks, eventually progressing to roles in technology development at UPS. During this time, he became fascinated by the power of data to optimize parcel delivery, particularly as specialty pharmacies and remote therapy management began to emerge. His commitment to harnessing data for improved shipping led to the development of ParcelShield’s predictive parcel science and analytics methodologies.
Outside of work, Scott values spending quality time with his family. He and his wife reside in Gresham, Oregon, and they cherish traveling together, especially to visit their grandchildren. When not exploring new destinations, Scott is passionate about golf and always looking to improve his skills.
Jessica Cooley is the Chief Growth and Customer Officer for ParcelShield, responsible for the satisfaction, growth, and retention of the client base and for influencing corporate strategy and tactics across all departments, to ensure these objectives are achieved. Jessica is also tasked with providing a comprehensive view of the customer, enabling ParcelShield to create a strategy to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. This position was developed to build upon our customer-centric culture with single vision across all customer touchpoints. In this role, Jessica will lead the Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Operations teams.
Jessica joined ParceShield in 2021 and has been focused on building a customer centric client management organization. Jessica has over 20 years executive experience in healthcare and has held several roles on the provider side, revenue cycle management and supply chain in Sales, Marketing and Strategy. She is results-driven, customer-centric and has a track record of helping healthcare organizations migrate from a dated transactional approach to a forward-thinking solutions model, driving growth and profitability.
Jessica has a B.S. from Texas Tech University. Jessica resides with her Family in Frisco, TX and in her free time enjoys cheering on her children on the soccer field, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
